Not even for the Dexit, but legitimately bad in every way.
From the price being inflated for the same scope of game as on the 3DS, the gameplay being casualized further and the fact the software literally corrupted SD cards so badly they couldn't be reformatted with a computer, it was just a terrible game.
The only reason it was successful is because of the massive appeal of the Switch as a console. You can't exactly choose an alternative Pokemon game.

FGO and GBF focus issues sell the most and get the most traffic on their site. It's why two mags a month run big GBF interviews and spreads, and always feature their events. Same with why every Lost Belt for FGO got covers and large parts of the mag dedicated to interviewing Nasu.

XY is absolutely fucking worthless. SWSH was the same shit but it at least had the wild area and overworld encounters to make up for it. SM's trials also made the game quite unique
