Mediocre title that's overrated because the standards for licensed games were so abysmally low. Just like Battle for Bikini Bottom. Once you've heard every character's quip from their incredibly minute pool of them (and got a slight chuckle out of about 10% of them), what's the point of continuing? What not just pop out the disc and play Vice City instead of objectively weaker Vice City with less things to do?

I 100%ed this game about a year ago and it was so tedious because there aren't enough coins around the maps to buy every vehicle and costume, so I had to keep doing the same bet race over and over again

I always felt it was an OK game. Coin-collecathon missions can fuck right off and the overall game felt like it should've had more missions -- though, that would likely mean more coin collecting.
Otherwise, it was fun.

It's a driving game, so I'm not really bothered by that. Levels don't have a huge amount of missions and they mix it up enough before you move on to the next one. A lot of the fun is in the writing and visual gags.
