Was EE2 that bad, i really liked the expansion for the first one, space was the only way I could get to the last era though, because I don't like rushing and trying to finish early.

exactly, you don't even know that there was an EE3 because of how shit it was, as for EE2 it kind of just felt like a weaker version of the first game, EE and the art of conquest was something special
