Why is there a massive circlejerk over Doom 64 all of a sudden?
It was nothing more than a way to play Doom on the Bing Bing Wahoo 64 machine and pretty much plays like a custom IWAD with some new graphics and sounds and yet everyone is praising it like a forgotten masterpiece and a true sequel to Doom 2.

It has good level design, I've been playing it for over 2 decades and I prefer it to doom 2
Lost levels were good but the last level is only fun if you avoid the invunerable power ups
Hope we gets the outcast levels, maybe some TC enemies too
