It is literally the same amount of mass as the FMV model in FFVII, only molded into an actual believable shape, they are still larger than average and stand out in gameplay and cutscenes. Fucking look at this shit.

I'm playing through it right now. Up to chapter 14 and really enjoying it so far. I feel like I'm underleveled for some bosses though, but I've done every side mission I can find. Am I supposed to go out and grind the 3 or 4 enemies that spawn in the slums? Without random encounters, it seems like a pain in the ass to level up.

Let's assume they are different, what are you implying? That they kept her large in cinematics advertising the game, and large and cleavagetastic in a blue dress, but for some reason wanted them just a few centimetres smaller in-game, when there's no logical censorious reason why they are still allowed to be bigger in cinematics and official themes and marketing work but have to be a little smaller for the gameplay model?
Or maybe the more obvious answer is they modelled them the same everywhere and they look a little different for your eyes in different dresses, lighting, quality of graphical work, the way the real time gameplay model has to move, etc.
