Give me your best RTS that you know for a fact no one has ever played.

Bump

Emperor: Battle for Dune

it's ok

I just wanted rise of nations with cooler units and this was not that

I really enjoyed this game when I was younger but I've never played the original Rise of Nations

Did another playthrough last month.

Honestly forgot how shit the third chapter is. They really dropped the ball on mission designs, it's like 80% filler. Still love the game overall though.

That was my problem as well, it seems they run out of time at the end which is a shame because I really liked the game, would have a loved an expansion too.

I'd love to see reactions to AoE had it launched in today's climate.

>mfw that absolute filter early on with a castle defense mission

There was this RTS about the cold war and it wasn't any command and conquer, it was another game by itself, i cant remember the name, i had fun with it

All Cossacks game. Although they were pretty popular in Euroland and Cossacks 3 is basically a remake of the first one. I loved those MENTAL campaigns.

Do you remember nukes? Was it 'World in Conflict'?

>Emperor: Battle for Dune
all I remember about it was being a huge system hug. early 3d and all.

No, it was somewhat old with 2D graphics

This any good? I feel like I've exhausted all the decent RTS games from the golden age.

Why didn't we get a sequel bros? Black Hole died with Heroes VI (and rightfully so, the game was a mess).

I’ve played it and was disappointed. I preferred rise of nations

stuck at second campaign, and no cheat codes...overall very good rts

Perimeter. How the fuck do I even explain this game's story? It's SF and has terraforming with transformable units. I'll let you enjoy the story on your own.

Think more Starcraft with Warcraft's presentation.

American conquest is kino

literally in my top 2 games of all time, great game

wasn't that basically superior cossacks? except using a setting cossacks' audience didn't care for at all?

I tried playing this but it seemed painfully slow, I don't know if that was just the pacing of the game or if I was missing some key mechanic or just underestimating how many production buildings I needed.

Yeah, and it's a shame cause its really fun

I can't remember the name of one RTS I played briefly as a kid. It was 3d and the main menu had a scantily dressed female mage charging a purple spell above her head. I hope i remember that right.
Does anyone know what game this is?

Akte Europa is probably as obscure as it gets, it's an okay-ish game for the time with some interesting ideas. No idea if it ever got an international release.

I loved this game as a kid, fuck
Nothing like spamming those clockwork warriors and running over those magic niggers
Kind of want to play it again, is it nostalgia Yas Forums or is it actually fun?

Empires dawn of the modern world

still great

I played RoL and loved it as a kid

Does anyone know where I can find primitive wars source code?
