All of subnautica
I fucking try man, but it's impossible.
Like, take the Ocean house from VtM:B, everyone goes on and on about how scary it is, I just fucking waltz through it since I'm not scared by some little girl crying, lights flickering, doors shutting, etc.
That fucking asylum level in Thief 2014
random horror levels were all the rage in FPS games in the early 2000's
you would b e if it were real
because if you don't believe that shit being real you'll experience the fear of hallucination and psychosis or you being wrong and not knowing what is happening and why
you would be scared, you just aren't because you aren't suspending disbelief
>you would b e if it were real
The only thing that scares me is physical contact, like that one time a huntsman fell on my face.
Other than that, I think I'm as tonedeaf to fear as the Yas Forums ghostpuncher.

WHAT THE FUCK is that abomination
Anyway, Im in the same situation as you, but that doesnt mean I can appreciate a good horror game for its tense athmosphere. We are fucking grown ups, or most of us, we should be scared of ending up on the fucking streets and not some phantasy scenario

It's just a spider, I catch and release them all the time.
Just don't like waking up to discover there's one on my face.
Don't look up the Goliath Tarantula.
>The horror mansion level in Timesplitter Future Perfect

Still one one my most fav levels in the game

>game starts you weak and being hunted by a monster
>in the end you get tired of his shit and murderfucks him
That's because most "horror" games aren't even scary. They all use tired tropes that everyone other than sissy faggots are numb to. You're not missing much.
What horror section did he add?
Or they're just tired cliches that only scare complete pussies.
