you become invincible by leveling the correct GF abilities, refine unique cards and spamming renzokuken with Lion Heart

Unless you're a braindead moron who doesn't switch their GFs off of "GF HP +10%" whenever they level, there's no way you can not have the right ones ASAP. You don't even need to refine cards or upgrade anyone's weapons to become broken, that's just how retarded the Junction system is.

I legitimately might have played the FF8 demo disk 4-5 dozen times. My first final fantasy was 7 back when I was a kid, so going from that to 8 in terms of graphical quality was fucking mindblowing at the time. They legitimately looked as real as the Remake does now to me
