Why hasn't the trilogy been ported to modern consoles?

I have the games on 360, if I played it on a Onex will I get the enhanced version by playing it off the 360 disk?

It's a fun ride if you don't bring other FF baggage into it. Just treat it like a movie game until you get to the open-ended Chapter. Probably my 2nd favorite battle system in the series.

If it works like Lost Odyssey they just make you download and install the entire game on the pretence it’s an “update”
