What'cha playing?
JRPG Thread
Either gonna replay the world ends with you or finally finish soul hackers
i just finished the three houses dlc, i want my $25 back
Currently playing Pokemon White 2.
Persona 5 Royal, Rune Factory 4 Special and FF7 Remake.
But in reality, I spent all of yesterday and the day before on fucking Ciel Fledge. Its not even a good game, why did I do this?
Just finished the SEBEC route in Persona, and now going to do the Snow Queen Quest. Man why don't more people check out Persona 1? Shit was awesome in my opinion.
>What'cha playing?
The original final fantasy vii on switch
The gangs all here!
Who is the black chick wearing Riesz's outfit?
Final Fantasy V
Anyone got an actual sci-fi jrpg they can recommend? Star Ocean is false advertising.
playing FF Tactics and having fun. Finally starting to get the hang of things after some advice from friendly anons.
Nessa from Pokemon sword and shield
I don't know if I can handle FF7 Remake on hard mode. No items is a pretty big leap in difficulty for me. I was pretty reliant on them throughout the normal playthrough and did not expect that limitation on hard.
I might play FF9 again or just wait until Xenoblade Chronicles DE.
What advice?
Ah, thank you. I haven't played that.
Etrian Odyssey V still.
Going to try to beat the Undead King on sunday.

Blame Atlus, and the PlayStation classic being trash for 50 Australian dollars.
At least the original final fantasy vii is on switch.
Persona is locked to ps vita and ps4 and ps3. And ps4 is Dancing all night, starnight and moonnight, persona 5 and the Royal.
Ps vita is Persona dancing all night and star and moon night, 4 Golden and 3 portable and innocent sin and P.E.R.S.O.N.A.
PS3 Is Persona 4, 3 and fes.
And ps2 is revelations persona, and persona 2 eternal punishment, persona 3, FES and 4.
This is kingdom hearts all over again.
Not counting the shin megami tensei series spans nes to switch. And ps2 (nocturne is PlayStation exclusive at the moment) Atlus need to remake Nocturne for switch as well as release SMTV.
My hunger can't be contained. And the mobile app does a good job at satisfying my hunger for now.
When my lone prayer is for Atlus to port everything to switch.
And persona 5 scramble is really fun it doesn't play like one piece pirates warriors or anything else like dynasty warriors but it is not full on astral chain either it's like attack on titan cross between a action RPG.
I imported the game on switch because I knew of Atlus survey fetish. Couldn't even finish the last survey with the switch question.
And Atlus west are equally to blame.
I just reached Nanako's dungeon in Persona 4. I'm severely underlevled for it, but I have been the entire game and things still seem to go okay.
Grandia friend from a few days ago here. I grinded out Time Gate and beat the game. 10/10, one of the ones I wish I'd played as a kid.
Now on to start Xenogears tomorrow like another user said
>one of the ones I wish I'd played as a kid.
Playing and beating Grandia as a kid is one of my best gaming memories.
#FE on lunatic, being able to swap out Itsuki is a godsend.
Trails of Cold Steel 3.
bros I started Trails in the Sky on Nightmare and I'm about two hours in (save file wise, actual time I've sat and played with game overs I probably could have beaten a short game by now).
I'm starting to regret the decision.
Does it get to a point where I can grind and make this somewhat sane or should I just start over?
>Does it get to a point where I can grind and make this somewhat sane or should I just start over?
>or
Yes.
SMT Strange Journey
7 Dragon III Code: VFD
Some people recommend Infinite Space. Haven't played it myself, but might be something to look into.
haha enjoy the game
you can always grind but exp is scaled so you'll hit what is basically a dead zone after a while. most important is learning how to play the game. if you want a tip earth wall is extremely broken
Look I like Persona 1, but it's not exactly fun to play imo
In every chapter you can find an enemy called Shining Poms in certain locations that you can repeatedly fight and earn tons of experience. If you decide to play SC on nightmare you should know that the prologue is particularly difficult, but it gets better after you get through it.
Cold Steel games can all be played on nightmare without any real difficulties as there are too many ways to break those games.
FF7:Remake, probably gonna do Crisis core to see what all the Zack hype is about
Yeah I can understand why. I just got really absorbed with the game that I blasted through it. Could be better with a proper updated remake, but Fatlus sure as hell ain't going to do that.
>everyone says bravely second is bad
>it's actually pretty good
i don't get it
I emulated a bit of Crisis Core and going from FFVIIR to that is jarring as fuck. The battle system for Crisis Core doesn't seem very good, does it get better further in?
>play the original in prep for the remake
>needed to play the compendium
Why am I not surprised. I'll probably need to play dirge and crisis after this. Funny thing about playing Crisis now, is that originally it made you feel like shit over who you lost. Now it's like a promise of what you'll get back.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2, beat it yesterday. I'm torna between starting NG+ or Torna.
