You have a point, and now that you mentioned the word "audio", I recall that the Kirby anime literally used music from Kirby Air Ride. I never watched the anime so I don't know if the dub uses the same music as the Japanese version (it was made by 4kids so I doubt it), but maybe that had something to do with this.
