suck a dick joshua your sister is dead
It's cheaper in some cases, especially switch games
If the game is a masterpiece, I can sell it in the future for profit.
Just bought FF7R
£50 physical
£60 digital
Complete the game sell physical copy for £40
So taking this in to account, why would I buy anything digital?
because i can look at my physical collection and say that it's mine
Cause I feel like it, faggot lol
Just to piss off zoomers who feel the need to constantly justify the collapsing world they were born into.
it looks nice on the shelf
also especially when it comes to new console games
>if a friend want my copy I can give it to them
>can be cheaper
>looks nice on the shelf
>special editions
>If my account gets hacked I still own it
>can bring it over to friends house
Can still resale and trade in. Plus games nowadays are huge and who wants to download 100GB just to play again after deleting it to save space.
Saves storage space. Can trade games with friends. Y2k.
I like steelbooks and/or decent CEs, but it's very rare for me nonetheless. Last two physical games I bought were XCOM: Enemy Unknown back when it released, and Persona 5 Royal now.
I own it, can lend it, sell it.
I like to own my games. Simple as. I would buy physical PC games aw well, but there are too many bullcrap things to make it worth the effort.
because I can fuck the disc from a physical copy
>that fmp fumoffu episode where everyone's clothes started coming off
Man that was a good fap
Not a slave to online distributors pulling shit from stores, they look nice on my shelves, they're cheaper.
i like to own assets, not licenses
>game works without internet
>game isn't tied to account/console and still works when online is shut down
>physical games can't be deleted remotely or delisted
>I can buy used and resell it
>easy to take with you to play on someone else's hardware
because I like owning what I pay for, being able to lend it or sell if I don't want to keep it anymore. most of all I don't like my purchases being tied to the notion of 'licenses' and requisite existence of some server that is out of my control.
Do I trust Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft or Steam not to be fucking retards in the future? No.
when playstation shuts down 40 years from now i'll still have my games lol
I put them on display and look at them
It depends on the game, OP. If I want to buy a new game, then I usually go for the physical, but if the game is older and is on digital sale, I go with digital. Also
>412 GB HDD on PS4, even though Jews say it's 500
>FF7R is 90 GB big
But on the other hand, for my Switch I have 70+ games and only 4 are physical. Everything else is digital.
All hard drives have a partition
>like invisible panic
>really REALLY fucking hate that NTR side plot
>think leonard is a massive fucking faggot
man when are we getting the rest of the series?
Scott Pilgrim.
I know. But 88 GB?
Yes for the OS
