You're a faggot dude

Invisible War was better than HR/MD

I'm convinced everyone is just mad because of the Aug Live Matter shit. Like that's literally it, it's all politics, because the game itself plays like Spector himself always wanted his games to play.

Which is a stupid as fuck thing to be mad about because it is literally a manufactured outrage in-universe caused by the illuminati to divide and conquer.
Also you didn't play as Jensen in it and a lot of people never realized.

It's probably nothing or just an unused asset/easter egg.
It wouldn't make sense for a massive twist like that just to be laying around and never brought up anywhere else.

It's referenced repeatedly throughout the game in oblique ways
>Original Jensen had different colour shades to MD Jensen
>This is the title screen

Actually it would. There's plenty of stuff in the game that you'll never know if you don't look for it yourself. It can often be like an actual detective game.

Also, it's no coincidence "Jensen" would be obsessed with his memory hole after Panchea, mysteriously have brand new Versalife augs inside him, and then find that corpse in the vault. It's very intentional.

it's poltards who have seen that one specific promotional concept art, but never played the game

it's a good sequel to HR, but HR was already a bad prequel to the original

MD is fucking great. I get why people hate it, but I'm an aesthetics fag so I can forgive the abrupt ending.

>the security scan in A Criminal Past indicates that Adam's entire lower body is augmented.
rip benis

MD is great unless you are a faggot that only cares about beating a game once and complaining it's "short"

This game tanked because they didn't please anyone. It was pretty neutral politics wise so it had left and right political angles. Unfortunately when you don't go full left or right but sides will shit on it because there are themes they don't like. Also the pre order bonus disaster didnt help either.

Just looking at augmentations makes me cringe. I would never do that to myself, seems like it would be extremely painful.

For you

Even if you only beat the game once the side quests will take up a lot of your play time.

I'm a slow gamer who enjoy exploration, i spent so much time looking at every corner of prague hub, probably took me more than 20 hours

>tfw you hear someone in front of the bank talking about her friend the security guard getting fired and how he lives in the red light district
>well, there's no apartments in the re light district but there is one just west of it
>go there, start breaking into apartments
>find his apartment
>his buddy is talking about his new gig and how he keeps something in the basement there
>picture of some shop I've passed by a million times on the wall
>go there
>break into the basement
>find a safe
>there's a key for the Tarvos Security vault at the bank
Goddamn I love this game. There is no other game that lets you feel like an actual detective like this.

MD is criminally undervalued and i eagerly anticipate the closing sequel to the franchise, no matter how long it takes.

If you didnt take in all the side quests, ebooks, emails, interconnected npc storylines, general slowdown detective work, and just speedrun through, thats on you.

I don't know if there will be. MD had disappointing sales so SE put it on the back burner.

David Sharif also hinted at it when you talk to him on the TV. He says something like Jensen shouldn't be alive, and that you were at some Alaskan facility for years and no one knows what they did to your body

I see everyone say this, but there's no evidence for it.

These games usually have 5 year dev cycles. If we don't see anything about another one by 2022 then fine, they've canned it. But let's not jump the gun.

I honestly think the general consensus is that the game is good, criticized was only that it is short, feels like chopped in half, and the publisher's greedy practices with preorder and microtransactions

tl;dr it is a good game and I hope we will see a sequel someday

WINGS GEDDIT BECAUSE HE IS ICARUS YOUR TURN

Desperate

Reminder that Sarif replaced perfectly functional parts of Jensen's body in HR with augs because he legally could.

Suspicious

I really liked hr back in the day, but skipped this one. Is it good?

>a lot of people never realized.
I don't know, it was hinted at pretty heavily

Fucking PRAAAGUE.

It's HR but better in gameplay and level design. The story is arguably weaker and the game kind of just ends on a cliff hanger without much resolution.

It was a real tight game OP.
But people only remember the "controversy", and all the people who enjoyed it moved on.

What are the evidence there was a memory replacement technology for augmented humans?
