I tend to agree. There's potential with the FF7 ending. But I'm worried about things like the world map (they may not do a world map at all) and changing TOO much (I don't think they will but who knows).

I liked KH2 more back in the day but it doesn't hold up for me whenever I've tried to replay it I think mainly because the story is so ridiculous. FF7R is blowing me away but I also had low expectations going in. I also just don't like the marketing ploys used in the KH series, people will probably say the same thing because this is a remake but it's been 20 years and it's completely different in a lot of ways. KH games all went off the same story and they made 20 different games about it with half of them just taking the story completely off the rails and having a negative effect on the main games also I never liked the whole Final Mix thing, the changes are in no way worth the price of a new full game if a game came out and had a DLC that added some good boss fights for $40+ everyone would bitch but KH does it for every fucking game in the series.
