Took TEN. FUCKING. YEARS. to release

>Took TEN. FUCKING. YEARS. to release
>Nobody bought it
>Everyone forgot about it
>Even you

This is why our ultra niche genres die so bro shooters may live eternally.

wanted to buy it
can't because everything is FUCKING SHUTDOWN

Is this a good game should I pirate it?

Shut up faggot

how would i know i cant fucking get it

Dude it was a trash fire. If they really cared they'd be like the EDF devs and release a quality (albeit low budget) product.

What even is this?

The problem is NISA and $60, cunt

Just tell me if it's good man

>played the demo on switch
>that FPS

why fucking bother bro

what's so shit about it? all I've heard is that it sucks ass

Series thats been going on since the ps2. Survival sim with multiple endings and characters to ally with.

>PS4

That's your problem. No one buys anything on that platform except AAA titles and sports games

I bought my copy at launch like a good PUPPY i am

>Nobody bought it

I can't imagine why.

Playing it right now. I am loving it. Not for everyone though. Normalfags could not handle the "bad" game goodness.

It's not even as good as Disaster Report or Raw Danger were. It's honestly disappointing, glad I got it for free.

what the fuck lol

Plenty of devs pull this shit and gamers are more than happy to lap it up.

I don't get this fucking game, is it like pic related?

I saw this months ago and played the demo, I don't like games with no action but I loved this one so much and I think is very interesting, I haven't bought it because I don't have any money though, besides, I wouldn't pay 60$ for this so I'm going to wait for a price drop, but you're right, it's a shame niche games are non existent now, I remember when I had my ps2 back in it's time there was a big variety of cool games that are forgotten now, even on the DS i played infinity of niche games and jap games in my r4, too bad we're stuck with indie garbage which was good at first but now it's starting to flood with politics and meme soi devs, instead of devs who just wanted to make fun games with their dreams in mind

I am not that far into it yet. so I cannot say how it compares to the others.

So far, does seem more simple and set-piece-to-set-piece. Areas all feel smaller also.

The devs must have been on crack to think it was acceptable to release the game with such garbage fucking performance. Should have been delayed more.

It does seem a bit more watered down to be honest. There's just something missing from it which I can't put my finger on.

>Took TEN. FUCKING YEARS. to release
>Nobody bought it
Should've made it actually good though instead of pushing out a shit product.

>PS4 post-california
>NISA

fuck off

Its Disaster Movie: the videogame

I have that feeling also. Will have a better idea though after I get further. just escaped the subway.

Stop advertising long dev time like it means they instantly deserve recognition.
10 years is the sign of failure and indecision hampering everything. A lack of focus and drive to please.

I would have bought it if it released on psp 10 years ago.

Budget games should have budget prices. No one in their right mind would spend 60 on that janky ass game.

>Tokyo Jungle but you play as a cute Office Lady
I miss low budget AA genrejank of the PS2 days so much bros. Remember shit like Trapt and Zombies vs Ambulance? everything has to be dignified and painted up to whore minibuys. Just give me honest jank.

I tried to pirate it, but the install wouldn't go past 95%.

0/10 shit game

That's amateur hour, boy.

Sandlot are gods. I want a new RAD, though.

>GOG
Based

Well yeah, walking simulators are well past their prime by now

>Runs like shit on non-PC platforms
>No clothes deterioration like those present in DR1
>Food and drink instead of being things you find and scavenge are shit you just buy
>Much more restrained with the lunacy of DR
>Specifically, far less crazy moments with the disaster, no crazy platforming
>Loads of choices that practically all do nothing (though the one with Danny was fucking superb and had me giddy)
>Two endings with one of them being an afterthought with one recurring character featured
>Lots of reused areas with minimal changes

Its clear the game was made cheap because it has less features than previous entries. Its still good but not just not on the same level as DR1 and even the first hour or two of Raw Danger I've played today. There is no wacky story, no big setpiece moments like platforming a flooded subway or scaling down a collapsed building while the flames engulf it.

I was planning on buying it but they cancelled the Vita version so they could fuck off

Not this particular sect, apparently. What the fuck, gamers? I thought you were all one person!

Especially weebs cause they have zero standards

I loved how Jap companies were still putting out games that felt like arcade games. Shinobi on PS2 was like this and was released as a budget game.
It was short but challenging and had a dedicated challenge mode type thing built in where you collected hidden coins to unlock neat stuff. In order to get all the coins you had to have actual skill in the game, not just be obsessive enough to collect them. Some only showed up on hard mode.
It felt like a game that the devs presented and knew who their audience was and accepted the results. The sequel while not as good still felt like they tried to actually improve the formula.

It was a great time for genrejank. I remember picking up Katamari Damacy for 20 bennies new. Jank was recognized for jank and it flourished. Now they pretend to be big time and charge money no one wants to pay for jank and it fails and suits wonder why.
