>chainsaws are cool
>he's riding a tank that shoots missiles
>and he can fly

trips

And there is nothing wrong with that.

Yeah the stage hyped the doom hunters up so much but when we got them they were kinda lame
And gameplay-wise they're just another annoyance like so many other Eternal enemies
Silly looking bulletsponges

People like you are why Western videogame have no soul

idiot

so close

The boss version is bullet spongey but the rest of them aren't that tanky.
Blood punch chariot > Plasma gun > rockets/Ballista/Super Shotgun downs them.

literally just a necron destroyer. What's wrong is how blatantly they copied the design.

You can kill a Doom Hunter super fast... Shoot its body with plasma to get rid off the shield, heat blast, frost grenade for damage amp, blood punch the lower part twice, ssg, rail, the first phase ends already, shoot two grenades during its morph animation, ready and shoot lock on rockets, rocket, ssg, rail, its dead

I mean they are specifically designed to kill Doom Slayer so they pretty much need to be the most hilariously overcompensating beast you can imagine.

Looks more like quake 2 kind of enemy to me
Seethe more cuck

that is exactly the point actually, yeah. I thought I was the only one who noticed that.

Wait, getting rid of its shield increases the damage on the sled?

Looks like a rejected design for a Digimon villain.

I wish the sled was shielded too, would have made these guys an actual challenge

How about you go and read the enemy details from the codex or whatever it is called.

DooM Eternal is a massive middle finger to people who take video games way too seriously. Deal with it.

That's slow as fuck

Thats like 10 seconds.

Looks like a doodle from the journals of the columbine shooters.

yeah, and?
it's fun

imagine being mad about some cool drawing an 8 year old did because you think you're too much of an adult to appreciate it

This isnt even all that new for Doom though

It's Sarge from Doom 3.

Only better designed

At first I felt that way and then I realized when you get the shield down all they need is two SSG blasts to the face and a blood punch each phase and they fall apart

How come there is no version of this demon without the cybernetics?

Because they were thought to be long dead but the Hell Priests found some frozen remains of some of them, so they reanimated them with cybernetics. Same with 2016's Cyberdemon.

Extreme designs aren't necessarily bad. It could just be camp.

Because they are extinct. Its like they found a bunch of frozen ancient demons and then resurrected them by adding bunch of cybernetics.

>it doesnt look KEWL enough!!!!

stfu fag

Okay, I did. I don't see anything about its sled being protected by the shield. I'd argue that you shouldn't bother with taking out the shield at all, and just focus on its sled.

wow its almost like they tell you this in the game.

Oh, is that all?
