Also if you want their goggles to flip you have to shoot them in the back with the revoler as they run away.
If you want to see boob jiggle then set sv_cheats to 1 and enter notarget, then throw a grenade and watch all the assassins walk to the sound.

Playing a cracked steam version right now.
Bouncing boobs are still there.
But i can't see their beautiful eyes when i kill them.

I do but the key for it that was written inside was fucked up a long time ago, gotta play it on steam download now.

Also yeah shooting them any way that't not in the back with a revolver doesn't reveal their eyes like says.

Reminder that this feature was removed in Opposing Force and the PS2 port.
Probably was cut in the unreleased Dreamcast version too.
