Tomorrow morning I am going to first contact Team Ico requesting a full refund, a written apology for their false advertisement ofIco and to request that they can no longer market the game or any releases as part of the collection with that cover art.

I will request a 30 day notice on this email and if I don’t get both, which I suspect I won’t, certainly the latter, I’ll be filing an initial complaint with the advertising regulators and also will raise a lawsuit against Sony and Team Ico for the emotional distress this has caused me, in having sold me the dream of a running through wide expanses as shown in the cover art not delivering on this.

I am deadly serious, I will update on here first before anywhere else.
