Dixie is just refined, they did good there.
Tiny was also an improvement, her original design was always just a vastly inferior (and uglier) Dixie.

They ruined Dixie's design. The proportions are all wrong, and with the missing details, her personality isn't articulated through design as well. She's more of a female Diddy than she used to be.
