This was pretty good, you should play it.
This was pretty good, you should play it
I already did, I should play the sequel though.
Which one? It shouldn't be the 3ds one, it sucks.
Is the series dead? Latest game came out in 2014.
The second game, Champions I think it was called. I'm probably not gonna play Frontier.
When I was a kid I got stuck in the pyramid, gonna replay it this week.
Yeah, frontier killed it, plus nothing really has touchscreens anymore except mobile phones so there's no optimal system to put it on.
Was it in the room with the giant Ammonite?
Do I have to?
What's the deal with this game?
Is it like Spectrobes but not shit? Cause I enjoyed that for a couple hours when I was younger.
No, that isn't what "should" means.
yeah
Pretty much, but it has an untraditional turn-based battle system and the designs are much more limited because it does the Monster Rancher thing where there are about 7 models that are reskinned a bunch.
Posting cutest Vivosaur.
I fucking love that and Champions.
Frontier was such a shitshow. What caused them to switch developers and then have said developers ruin the battle systemI don't know.
This is a really good game with a surprisingly deep battle system. The second game might just be the best JRPG of all time. The third game is a steaming pile of shit that killed the series.
And now posting second cutest.
Also, just to clarify that you're not all a bunch of faggots, you DID choose that sweet dino-alien pussy and not the boring pink human bitch at the end, right?
You're the faggot for choosing the boring dino alien
The second game's story has too much power of friendship shit for it to be the best jrpg ever. But it's probably in the top 100-250.
I hope you all chose the best starter
I have beaten it several times user.
I did. It's good. 2 is better.
What's so interesting about the combat system?
mah dinonigger
>tfw you only partly played it for the fossil excavation minigame.
gave it a shot, boring as shit
Of course I chose the monstergirl
It's a good minigame, I'm surprised that no other games aside from spectrobes did it.
It’s evolution was zany strong. None of the others could even compete.
The Switch has a touchscreen
teffla has much higher attack and excite
Only in handheld mode, and unless it does a pointer thing like spectrobes origins when it's docked you would move a pointer with a joystick and that would just suck.
>7 models that are reskinned a bunch
Well that doesn't sound very appealing..
The first game has four position, and you would have three dinosaurs on the field. Each position could be occupied by one dinosaur, and each position had different functions. However, most dinosaurs were either position one tanks or position 2/3 support.
In the sequel, they made 6 different positions, each as distinct as the first game’s. You could still only use 3 dinosaurs at a time. However, the dinosaurs were far more diverse in the positions they used and the roles they played.
