I'm actually fine with this, especially for 2 because of Burst Counter.
I love Burst Counter, but it definitely makes things easier.
I liked that the DLCs felt noticeably more difficult because on my 2nd playthough of Nioh (I quit my first playthrough at the Gasha Dokuro mission because I thought it was too hard) I kinda breezed through the game first trying most bosses and didn't really have any trouble at all.

Why the fuck are we killing all these Sohoya? And why was it played as a big reveal when Mumyo says she was raised by the Sohoya? Tokichiro's mission end card made it seem like the characters were surprised by it even though her armor is literally called the Sohoya gear.
