why would you think piracy would die because of that? are you stupid?
Isaac Turner
...
Asher Reed
>people would rather donate to keep piracy alive rather than actually pay for games This is a clear indicator that game developers need to get their shit together
Lucas Phillips
>donating to scene groups Lmfao. These people are actual criminals. Not that denuvo should exist but donating to these groups is insane. If they have the skill to crack denuvo they have the skills to empty a few grandmothers bank accounts to bankroll themselves.
Bentley Hill
But user, that's theft!!
Jaxon Ross
kinda funny makes you think
Anthony Moore
>Paying for piracy Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with this generation? That automatically defeats the whole purpose
you pay $60 once and get access to countless of games for the next 6 months? good deal imo
Jackson Perez
Nobody said pirates are broke, people just don't want to pay $60 for a game, $40 for a "season pass" and then additional for extras. And don't give me that "you don't HAVE to buy it" the amount of shit Companies cut out of games for an additional buck is ridiculous
Ayden Diaz
pretty much look at download counters on piracy sites, there are barely any downloads for games that are not AAA shit. i think games got too expensive
Jaxon Nelson
this is why i stopped paying for shit altogether
Logan Phillips
I do it. Video games are such low effort by the numbers scientifically designed for psychological addiction and DLC spending garbage now. I would rather pay $50 a year towards a really good scene website to get my fill of whatever new shiny is out for the few minutes they're fun and move on with no purchase remorse or guilt.
It's because pirates are moral and honest humans while developers are greedy and lying gremlins.
Xavier Adams
I don't pirate because I can't afford games, I pirate because I think some games and developers aren't worthy of my money.
Hudson Diaz
>wants to reply to a Yas Forums post >starts another thread to do it brainlet
Angel Ortiz
Video game industry has become too fucking disgusting for any self respecting human to actually buy games. The only people that still buy games are people with no self worth.
Hunter Miller
by that logic their product is not worth your time. I pirate because there are literally no demo versions of games i wanna try out or if i want a game it is too expensive
Levi Baker
good on you but i just pirate because i like cheap stuff i never hesitate to spend 200-250 bucks a night on a fancy hotel or 800-1000 bucks to travel a few times a year but if i could get all of that for free without consequences i would in a heartbeat
Caleb Harris
When can we expect to be able to pirate Valve's Index so that we don't have to spend $1000 to play VR games?
Tyler Russell
there are hundreds of piray sites and none of them depend on csrinru, they are donating to save their community
Sebastian Gonzalez
You have to get a 3D Printer for that
Easton Diaz
I buy almost all my games, and almost all of those at full price. But only for physical, digital is yo ho ho and a bottle of rum.
Juan Hill
i'll donate them just to spite fags like you
Jason Wilson
They're out robbing boomers and their banks? Wow, guess I better donate now, these guys are fucking based.
Jaxson Smith
What a fucking retarded OP.
Henry Lewis
fuck you
Jeremiah Kelly
For me, the existence of piracy is important simply because of restrictions imposed by DRM and the software as a service model. Can't play a game without updating it first, not without a workaround. Can't move the game to a different computer and it just works, you need to install Steam first. If you're unlucky enough to somehow have your account lost or the service goes down, your games are lost.
Kayden Myers
but they're not even donating to the scene? they're literally donating to someone's basement server. scene has nothing to do with this
Carter Allen
>give a small donation or >spend $60 on every new game
Learn how to crack if you care about consoomer rights so much and take care of the issues on your own. Otherwise you sound like you're making excuses fro breaking the law.
