Yas Forums used to matter as a 'home board' when regular staff were around, had names and a presence. That and the creative talent coming out of /f/ gave Yas Forums an identity, and you either fit in or needed to lurk moar. Most of this fell apart as the regulars left, normalfags started flooding the boards, and Flash became deprecated.
