You only play turn-based games because people destroy you in fighting games

what if I play both

Fighting games just don't interest me, never played against anyone, online or offline. They're just boring to me.

What if I don't play turn based games or fighting games

>third word shithole
>high ping and shitty internet doesn't allow me to properly play anything online

I just dont play competitive video games in general, at all. I'm probably really awful at them since I haven't played one in at least a decade but couldn't care less

why would you ever play fighting games unless its with some friends while all of you are drinking

Multiplayer games are for fags

Is it possible to enjoy fighting games? They just seem to be all about the competition, never seen anyone have fun playing a game except for
>hey bro check out this fatality animation

as someone who plays both being curbstomped in the few multiplayer turn-based games there are can be just as infuriating

Living in a third world will always have the disadvantage of high ping, but at least you'll never have to worry about your ISP limiting your bandwidth or sending letters to you for pirating shit.

>play fighting game
>get "zoned" by 100 lasers and fireballs that take up half the screen

What's the point?

>not playing both

>Why yes, my life sucks so bad that I need to prove myself to others in an online game, what gave it away

To be fair I only play turn based stategy games, non-turn or turn based rpgs, sp action games, and sp racing games because I suck at them and my internet is shit.
Shooters and Battle Royales?
>my aim is shit
>over 200 ping all the time
MOBAs and MMOs? (exception would be Runescape, since it's all chill 90% of time)
>toxic communities
>always fuck up builds
>high ping all the time
>suck at figuring out meta, balancing, and what to pick
Fighting games?
>high ping again
>have reflexes of a boomer
>can't do good combos properly and always end up forgetting sequences

>Can play fighting games
>Can enjoy turn based RPGs and JRPGs
You're missing out

This, I style on hoes in my favorite anime fighter and when I'm done I'll comfortably lie in bed playing RPG's on my handhelds.
I only do best of 3's though, not rematching is for gay ass pussies like OP.

Based

>better than all of my friends at fighting games
>shittier than anyone online
>no locals within an hour drive
not worth the time investment

You will too, as you get old.

>fighting games muh troo hardcore skill

Half the fgc is a bunch of retards that can only play fighting games (badly) and spend the rest of their time on turn based jrpgs and gachashit

what if i play dark souls or tales of?

Attached: 1569598361180.png (326x393, 168.96K)

>game where you just smash buttons
>game where you develop your character, have stats, dynamic world where you can be whoever you want, can have guns, laser weapons
HMMM WHICH OPTION DO I PICK

If you can't enjoy fighting games you either haven't tried enough or there's something wrong with you as a human.

>Why try anything if you have to start out bad at it
That can't be a healthy mindset. Have you never tried to cook before because you were afraid of messing up?

So there are two genres now? Turn based or fighting games?

What about go of war?

you fight in it don't you? i'ts a fighting game clearly

The older I get the more I enjoy turn based over action shit.

Action games are so tiresome. I just want to come home from work and relax.

no i play RTS games because fighting games are fucking boring

I like turn based because of the party building and strategy sort of stuff.
