Why the fuck was it impossible to find this game even before everybody died of bat flu?
for some reason nintendo doesn't see fit to produce it. I can never understand them, man. It's like they hate money while simultaneously being greedy.
You can get a chinese ring if you have switch set up for piracy, I'm just not sure at all how well third party rings will work. People expected that the ring has really no tehcnology in it, which isn't true at all based on a teardown. It's a lot more complex than just a ring.
They should be churning this game out right now, they have a real chance to make nintendo fitness a franchise thing much more popular than wii fit ever was.
I really want to see what they do next. A balance board pressure mat thing + ring could be amazing.
I've been supplementing my exercises with a 10lb dumbbell. Like to do curls during squats, lateral raises during shoulder presses, and tricep curl... things during that squeezy leg exercise.
Bow pulls kinda hurt my outer elbow joints no matter how I do them.
It was more popular than expected. Was sold out in Japan basically from day 1.
Probably doesn't help that it's physically much larger than other games which makes it harder to ship and stock.
what exercise/routine/workout should I do to complement with the game bros? I want to train my stamina and cardio

it'll get better once your triceps aren't as weak. also follow tipp and make sure your form is right
get a set of small dumbbells and just look up basic dumbbell exercises. a kettlebell can train basically every muscle group at once and also function as gear for weighted squats and some other stuff.
for cardio i'd say....i dunno. i can't advise running outside or anything right now. Jumping rope is actually the #1 cardio exercise that exists, which is why you see boxers do it traditionally.
does anyone know if you ever unlock more exercises to equip at once? it sucks only having 5 i want like 8
It's not my triceps, I went to the gym pretty regularly before all this shit. It's the actual joints.
joints hurt because of a lack of muscle somewhere so they take the impact that the muscle would take. keep at it.
don't ever buy into glucosamine and chondroitin, it doesn't do anything. you can't make shit magically appear in your joints by eating it. it gets shat out.

Please do not do that. Even under the best circumstances there is a 1dN chance your resistance based equipment will slingshot you in the spine (speaking in general, I don't know how or if people are getting hurt by the Nintendo official ring)
I haven't heard of anybody being injured by anything yet.

Man I just got done doing the planks twice, and my lower back...jesus fuck. I knew my lower back has been tight lately from sitting like 18 hours a day due to gorona, but it just screams out in pain from doing those planks. The muscles are weak AND tight. I did some cat scretches between other exercises to help

Bow pull used to hurt my wrists. It's all about Form and honestly finally building muscle in places you probably don't have much.
