>people who urbanize the shit out of their island when the premise of the game is Tom Nook selling a quiet wild island package to the villagers >people who stack their villagers in commieblocks with no yards while making their own house a gigantic domain
And why shouldn't I have a good estate? I've created the whole thing with my own two hands. The villagers don't have to live on my island.

on one hand, i want to make this cute city, but at the same time, i don't want to make everything sterilized, like having all the houses in one block

This. The citizenry exists to serve the State, not the other way around.

I squeezed them all onto a tiny island because I can't into layouts.
>people who urbanize the shit out of their island when the premise of the game is Tom Nook selling a quiet wild island package to the villagers You know I'm trying to keep it this way but Is*belle is telling me there's too many trees

I'm expecting a huge spike tomorrow at some point. be on the lookout for a post.
You don't really have much of a choice but to urbanize the shit out of your island if you want to hit 5 stars. You need so many fucking outdoor items and fences, even if you have villagers separated with their own big yards shit is going to end up looking more like a city or a town than a wild island anyway. Not to mention the only items that don't look like shit cobbled together out of logs and dirt are mostly super urban ones.
