9S's actor did not record new stuff, it was 2B and A2.

well it's going to have a remastered soundtrack which I'm not usually a fan of, but I'm an extreme autist about that stuff ... I expect the remastered audio to be competent and probably very good, just not the same.
I'm worried about the story and the portrayal of some characters like Kaine in this era of social justice and China World Moral Police bullshit ... I hope there won't be any fuckery on that level, but I sort of expect there will be some censorship. I hope there won't be ...
I hear one of the devs of Automata's combat will be involved in this remaster in some capacity, so I expect there will be refinements to the gameplay. This will be nice, but honestly I'd be ok with minimal or even no changes to the gameplay. Like I'll be happy if it plays better, but I'm going to be playing it either way.

I hope the game comes out completely uncensored compared to the original, exactly as the original was released in Japan, and faithful script.
I hope 9S and 2B's VA's are included in an interesting way: basically however they're included being an addition that's an extra, like an easter egg. I don't want the story to be fucked with in a FF7R way, but I'm also open to Yoko Taro fuckery, and subverting the original seems like something he could do in an interesting way.

I hope they rework fishing, and the grindy fetch side quests. I also expect them to use the Automata enigine and controls which are the most fluid any game has seen.

I know Replicant is the ‘canon’ one but Gestalt really grew on me

I think I'll still prefer Gestalt too but I'd rather get a chance to see the other side even if a bit changed than the same side.

Already played the original in moon. I'll buy it if they fix the combat system, but otherwise I already experienced the entire story. Only thing I could see them adding is the future bit from the short story where Kaine finds young Nier.
