I convince myself it's okay because it was across 10 years. ~400 hrs/yr sounds a lot less worrying.
But ~3k of those hours were in the first 3-5 years, easily

700 hours in Civ V, ~500 on Dark Souls 1, 100 in Dark Souls 2, 150 in Binding of Isaac (the original, I don't even own the remake).
I must be autistic or something because I pretty much just play the same ~5 games and never want to try anything new.

how are you learning the piano? I bought a midi controller for ableton and sometimes try to learn songs with synthesia but it seems like the wrong way to go about it
