Is this the best thing that happened in gaming this decade?

Can you have it automatically apply on certain parts of the game but not the rest? For example, speeding through loading screens on an old emulated game but keeping the rest of the game at normal speed?

Anything higher than 2 doesn't work for me, game just runs at normal speed but a seemingly lower framerate according to FPS

Fucking around with the game's memory. For instance, you can try to corrupt them by changing values like 3F000000 to 40000000 and shit like that. I also sometimes use it in RPGs once I complete them to try to find unused items

What are you emulating? Usually the emulator will load things as fast as it can, much faster than the original hardware, unless they programmed the loading in a certain way that makes it go lockstep with the other parts of the machine.

If you managed to find a variable or flag to use as a consistent indicator for "loading", or anything else for that matter, CE can handle Lua scripts that will do the rest for you. So yes, but youd have to do the work to make it happen.

you can set a hotkey, but there's no manual way for it to sense a loading screen and do it. You could probably do it through dll injection if you knew what you're doing, but that's way outside of the box.

I cheat on every game I play because the time of "I'm a hardcore player that wants to play the hardest possible setting" stopped when I was 13 years old now all I want is a chill experience and CE or trainer help with that.

i remember i used cheat engine for dark souls.
at first it was really fucking great because it saved me so much time making new builds for pvp, i didnt have to do a new goddamn run, sometimes twice for certain items. i'd make a build, play it a little, see something new and make a new build. like an endless thing

ce made it so easy, didnt even have to make a new character, just change anything you want.

i never used it for proper cheating mind you, just to make builds.

then pewdiepie did his playthrough and the game was suddenly extremely alive

i'd invade the burg at sl1 and do lots of weird shit with the player, like teleporting every mob and himself to a certain spot, watch as he ran away in panic
i'd enlarge my characters head or limbs, make the head so small it looked like a headless guy running around

i'd scare the players with weird shit. sometimes i'd leave chunks for them if they survived the bullshit

eventually i got bored and went back to regular pvp cause i was so fucking hooked on dark souls pvp.
