hey this new ability i got fucking destroys everything
Ooh let me go try this in that glass tube
My child self figured this out. You are just a brainlet.
Is artificial difficulty making a comeback?
I already knew about this before I played Super Metroid, but I'm gonna pretend that I figured it out on my own and call you stupid.
Why is this controversial?
I remember being like 7 years old, seeing this, thinking "oh neat how do I get out of this," trying everything in the kit, deciding "guess I'll come back later", and then doing so with the power bomb, and it was fun.
>Look mom I posted it again
Imagine being this angry for this long over one video game, fucking embarrassing
There is no logical reason to assume anything in that room is breakable.
No you didn't. You saw the commercial or looked at a picture in a magazine and remembered it like you figured it out yourself.
You can literally see the platforms outside the tube on both sides. Cleary you need to find a way to leave the tube and get on them.
There was another room nearby that had a same looking glass tube but shattered. Also it's fucking glass. This is the least offensive thing when there are so many other secrets that require bombing a random spot.
I figured this out on my own. I'm a zoomer and it wasn't hard, you're just a brainlet
Wrong. Nice cope tho.
The cutscene shown on the main menu showing off the game literally shows samus blowing it up with a power bomb
>never watched the intro gameplay video
As opposed to honest game design?
>redditors getting baited by this shit again
>The only way you can interact with stuff in the world is hitting it
>You didnt try to hit it
Mandela effect. Watch the demo, no such things happens.
Fuck this shitty game.
You bounce off just by touching them, so it's easy to overthink it and assume you need a jump upgrade to clear the wall.
Wait a minute that tube...
>everyone is a retard like me
I figured it out when I played it blind.
This is weird, because I remember not hitting them due to the ones in the start of the area getting destroyed by your nail or something, so I ended up getting stuck.
I don't agree with OP btw.
Dark times
Is there any functional difference between an idiot and someone pretending to be an idiot to troll?
I played Zero Mission first and it had the exact same scenario where there was a glass tube and felt like there was more to the area outside of it. As a kid you just think "huh, I wonder if I can break this" and you use everything you have just to see if you can do it.
There's a guy on the way to Kraid's room that gives you a hint, did you miss him?
This room is easily the worst part of the game. How the fuck do you get through it?
>The retard trying to convince you that you're actually retarded.
Scary.
Idk, if you don't hit them, I'd think you'd at least try to hold the jump button over them, see that that doesn't work, and then try hitting him.

I remember figuring this out by myself a few years ago. Later on, I found out it's a common complaint among Yas Forumsirgins.
Thanks guys. Thank you for proving me I'm not as retarded as I once thought.
