Yeah. My younger cousin who I don't see often told me she really liked games and wanted to make them, and when I asked what games she plays she said she doesn't, only watched let's plays and stuff. She's nice but honestly that was baffling to me. She was really enthusiastic too. I think part of it was her mom was super strict so I don't think she was allowed to play video games.

So yeah there are people like that.

I remember I used to watch longplays as a teenager in ye olde 2006-2008 youtube to cope with the fact my parents didn't want me to have a video game console. For the longest time I was stuck with Visual Boy Advance and Maplestory as my games of choice until I got into highschool and they finally loosened up a bit. Maybe kids just do it so they don't have to beg their parents to buy it? I dunno.
