i have 2000 hours in warband and i despise bannerlord.

gets boring after 30+ hours

It's good. Needs work though.

>what's the Yas Forumserdict
ask again next year when the game's done

Currently
Moddeb WB > Bannerlord > Vanilla Warband

Me: SOUL
You: soulless

Did they just make maintenance of troops a hell of a lot more expensive? Until this last game session I was rolling in dough. Now I'm losing 1500+ gold a day despite having farmed out all of my companions to lead caravans around. I can't even afford to support a halfway decent garrison at my one city. The fuck?

"Come back in 2 years when mods fix what the devs couldn't" the game.

This and based. Modded Bannerlord is gonna make all games obsolete.

>bethesda's pr policy

It's gonna take years to get finished, and then another 3+ years until mods make the game actually great.

So basically the exact same thing as Warband.

>Bannerlord releases
>Realize that what you were waiting for was modded Bannerlord the whole time
aaaaAAAAAAAAAAA

Too bare bones to bother right now. The huge battles are really fun and mostly work fine. Add the diplomacy stuff and some quality of life improvements on the map and UI, we could have a fuun game.

What game?

What's the point of executing if somehow every lord has a friendship with every faction and just one kill brings everyone to -70 why even add that feature when prisoning is the 120% better solution might not even add the fucking feature

medieval crusader mod when?

>CK3 looks like shit
>Same with TES6
>Total War is pandering to the fanta5oy crowd
>Mordhau/Chivalry ded
>Nobody knows if KC:D 2 would even be made
True.

For what it's worth I've been telling you stupid niggers that in these threads ever since it was announced, but most of the time I just got called a negative whiner.

Does CK3 actually look like shit? Haven't looked up anything about it.

I mean I don't really care either way since CK2 is as good of a game as we're ever gonna get from paradox.

its got a ways to go outside of combat but it looks promising
the combat is excellent and the sieges are great
not adding auto-block was probably the best thing they could've done for right now since it forced people to git gud or to sit fights out and let their army do the fighting

I've enjoyed the 20+ hours I've put into it. Single player have wiped the empire factions out as Battania and played lots of MP sieges but its starting to get boring now.
Not done any of the dynasty mechanics yet though.
Feature complete with mods will be a blast.

Why?

Thought they had said they will do kingdom come 2 and improve on whatc didnt work in 1?

I'm doing it. i'going to play mountain blade warband for the first time, what mods do i need

30 hours of entertainment is a good return for the money.

You can just play pure vanilla for a first time playthrough. Diplomacy is probably the most vanilla+ mod there is. Anything past that tends to be total overhauls. Which can be really fun but not really for a first playthrough.

I love it. It's bugs and unimplemented features are pretty much what I expected when they said it would be early access however many years ago now. The few quality of life features it does have and its core mechanics surpass warband and all of its mods.
Already have 90 hours in it.

Just Diplomacy for a vanilla experience with a lot of nice quality of life additions.

It's a decent framework and will get tons of updates and mods
Literally no reason to be angry

why no steam workshop?

Planescape torment

has lots of potential, as long as they get the game mechanically right, mods can fix every other issue imho.

As of now there's alot of minor issues aswell as a couple of major ones, namely the pacing of war between factions.
You barely have enough time to level up your character before one or two factions bite the dust
