post autistic shit you did/do in video games
when I was a kid and I visited a fairy to refill my health in Link's Awakening they'd always say "close your eyes and relax" and I always did it. The one time I didn't (because I wanted to see what actually happens) I was afraid I wouldn't get healed.

Same but I was touching myself too.

In Animal Crossing, it bothers me to just walk into the shop and ignore the shopkeepers so I always use the greeting emote to say hello to them. If I don't do this I start to get a small headache. Thankfully they wave back so it's like we're greeting each other and the headache goes away.

When I played any strategy game age of empires or galactic battlegrounds I never wanted to kill animals. I right away made farms as quickly as possible. Starcraft and warcraft 3 didn't have this problem so I was able to kick peoples asses online more often. I even went out of my way to save every sheep on the map and save them.

Even today I still don't want to kill the sheep.

I always destroy corpses in Deus Ex, so until I get the dragon's tooth I have to stab corpses 50 times each with my combat knife to gib them

I didn't know you could level up in oblivion. At all and for my 110 hour playtime I was a grand master thief level 1 redgaurd.

It actually made quest items and predetermined item spawns extremely important because that was the only way to get better other than maxing all my skills.

This actually sounds like a fun way to play through oblivion.

were there any major game breaks because you never leveled? is everything still possible as level 1?

I take off my helmet when going into town and change into regular clothes when I'm in my house

During every level with marine buddies in Halo CE I would restart until every single marine was alive and with me at the end. I played on Heroic as well, I've got no idea how many hours 8 year old me wasted doing this.

>I was afraid I wouldn't get healed
Why? Did you think videogames were made of magic and could see and respond to your actions?

Like them

I love doing this. It feels like what you would do in real life.

I narrate my gameplay, either as if I was streaming or showing the game to my (imaginary) friends.

Same

Cookies and cream is my favorite.

>Go to the pub with a mate who is staying at my apartment
>We get drunk, etc
>He's the chad, manages to bring home two girls back home
>As one fucks him in the spare room, the other starts undressing in front of me
>Suddenly hear the Competitive ready up screen for CSGO go off (I somehow queued it when we got back)
>Stunned, she sits on the lounge for a minute while I warmup on Mirage
>Like a shovel to the face, it hit me
>I turned around, she's gone into my mate's room

I think this counts?

disgusting, fuck off you scum

Based, save for your choice of vidya

You didn't get at least 10 major skill levelups in 110 hours or didn't even sleep once, not even to unlock the Dark Brotherhood?
>It actually made quest items and predetermined item spawns extremely important because that was the only way to get better other than maxing all my skills.
Most items scale to your level anyway
>were there any major game breaks because you never leveled? is everything still possible as level 1?
The game is easier the lower level you are thanks to the atrocious level scaling, staying level 1 is the best thing you can do from a powergaming perspective

Elder Scrolls games seem really weirdly designed. I haven't played any of them more than a few minutes but every time someone talks about them it's this weird ass system that makes me wonder "Why on earth would they make a game like that?"

They're just poorly balanced in general but Oblivion is on its own level

>Autism

HOLY SHIT WHAT? SOMEONE POSTED AUTISM IN THE THREAD ABOUT AUTISM? WHAT THE FUCK?

Lv1 is earnestly one of the more effective ways of playing the game with the game's ridiculous level scaling. Spellcrafting a Drain Health 100pts for 1 second spell notably will instantly kill a lot of NPCs.

You can technically use the Nightmare quest to initiate Lucien Lachance's dialogue in a Lv1 playthrough.

Yeah but it seems unlikely that you just ACCIDENTALLY play 110 hours without ever leveling up

People do some unlikely things on accident.

Sure. Still, it's more likely he's just lying.

We'll never know for sure because I pasted that from an old thread just to get this thread rolling so the guy who said he did it is probably long gone from this website.

that just means you're good at roleplaying

Holy shit thats gay OP hahaha

No, I'll tell you something that's gay. Hang on a second while I look through the archives for a gay story and pretend it's mine.

In dragonball budokai I used to go into training modes and act out scenarios with both controllers, like I was playing with action figures or something.
I'm pretty sure I did the same in smash and soul calibur 2 also.

I remember for Smash 64 there was some old website I used to look at with a bunch of guides, not GameFAQs but probably something similar, and it like had a massive list of various scenarios you could do with the characters. So someone not only had this idea but decided it was worth putting on the internet as a guide.
