Will we get to see Pyra's offspring in a sequel?

>you will never a Nia

no, but we'll see Mythra's

posting this in an appropriate thread this time
I'm letting a friend borrow XB2 over the weekend
I haven't played it in a long time so i don't know what to tell him when he gets started
Any suggestions?
Preferably stuff about combat and what to do/not to do since this is his first time playing (to my knowledge) a JRPG
He's already heard about the meme english dub and unfortunately doesn't want to experience le welsh catgirl

Why do you even expect the sequel to be direct? If anything, it'll take place a century or two later so the connections will be minimal for new players like 2 executed things, and also for the game to be its own stand alone adventure. For all we know, we might not even be getting a sequel like that, since Takahashi might still have Xenosaga PTSD. No reason why we can't have a proper sequel, though.
The ground work has been setup quite nicely, and it seems like that's where we're headed as of Future Connected, though. Plus Xenoblade has been selling well, and there's no doubt that Definitive will too, since the Collector's Edition is apparently selling really well.

Post Pyra's pyras

This isn't Golden Sun, user. We're not going to get the type of sequel, where we play as the children of the prior protagonists in a grand over arched journey. We could just as easily have XB3 take place in yet another universe.

Let him experience the Kino that is XB2 blind.

Wasn't the first thread enough for your liquid filled brain?

Blades can't have kids, so no.

If it was me I'd
>Tell him how to maneuver through the combat so he doesn't find it shit, since it's very easy to skip over a majority of what's happening and orb to win
>Subbed, dub is hot ass on a summer day in Mor Ardain
>Teach him how to grind cores
>Use pouches, abuse salvaging so you can sell stuff, get hella cash, and buy deeds
That's really it to be honest, and I guess pop less cores on Rex since Wulfric, Roc, Mythra, and I guess Sheba are great enough, and you can acquire them all without popping cores. Plus he kinda gets the Master Driver thing, so yeah

For the last time, Blades can't have children. If they wanted to make that a point in the game, and further strengthen the relationship between humans, and Blades, they would have likely mentioned this. Pneuma is a glorified computer core.

I NEED HOMU MOMMYGF AAAAAAAAAA

>Pyra posters from Reddit
I'll be glad when Definitive releases, and everyone will be discussing that so you mongs can lay off from making these threads

Could you elaborate on combat and grind cores bit? I can easily explain the rest but those I'm not so sure I'll get the point across
Also should I throw in Torna for a bonus?

This picture would be 100% better if her shirt was subtly lifted up to imply she was nursing him with her breasts.

There's a core crystal grinding guide on YouTube
But just tell him how Driver Combos, Fusion Combos, and Blade Combos work so he isn't just auto attacking

When will I be able to play this on PC?
Looks like a great game but I'm not wasting my money on a console

you can emulate it.

The hell am I looking at?

Not him but I like the dub. At least, I like most of the party members. Tora/Poppy/Zeke/Nia are all fantastic in the dub. Rex (Ignoring his 2 or 3 screams) and Morag are alright. Really the only character who is actually bad is Pyra. Her voice acting is legit awful, but I think it is worth the trade off for the rest of the team being better in my opinion.

Really? Last time I checked it wasn't playable

Pex

kek

Just tell him about Break -> Topple -> Launch -> Smash and to get used to switching blades in combat and not just using Pyra 24/7. Also tell him to have a variety of elements so he can do different combo paths. Also make sure and just flat out tell him you get to use 3 blades starting at Chapter 4 and the combat gets way better starting then. You don't need to tell him to grind cores (he will quit the game if he does that). Just let him know that if he needs money to salvage and that is it.

I can't really imagine Zeke with the Japanese voice. He is too good in English.

Ryra
I liked parts of the dub too (particularly poppi, phenomenal job), but convincing my friend to try it will be like talking to a wall

If he is a weeb that insists on playing it in japanese then fine. There is no reason to really pick one over the other, I just prefer the dub. Especially because you can actually fucking understand the random chatter of party members.

Sauce please?

The dub is sincerely a plague to the ears on multiple levels, and one or two of the voice actors said that the script direction was virtually nonexistent, so yeah. It doesn't really pick up until the second half of the game, and even then you have scenes like "JOIN MEEEEEEEE", that are horrific. I'd never tell someone to listen to the dub, solely for a handful of characters performance in a 13+ hour game. It's subbed all day, but whatever people prefer.

It's funny because 1, and X honestly had a great dub cast, and solid voice direction. They need to chill with the European casting too. It was really only good for the first game, even if people like the Welsh memes in 2.

Vote here, persona fags were rigging this poll.

"Being Cured By Nia's Butt"

>XC3 being a direct sequel
>Sexual image of Pyra
Thread is doomed from the start.

oh god, the lack of voice direction reminds me
is it gonna be the same dude as last time directing Future Connected? or have they gotten someone new for that

Xenoblade really needed to introduce the driver combos, chain attacks, and allow cancelling/chaining from one blade art into another blade art much sooner than it did. The combat system only REALLY clicks when you're keeping up the flow of break/topple/launch/smash interwoven with arts->arts->arts>switch->repeat while juggling elements on the fly to set up chain attacks. But by the time you get to that stage, you've been fettered with autoattacking -> arts -> autoattack some more for at least a dozen or two hours.

They're literally just doing it out of spite, they coordinate and ensure a Pyra thread is up at all times.
