High fantasy and gay because the first two were mid fantasy and the books were low. Books will always be superior.
Just about the highest fantasy there is, almost comically so, everything is magic, there's ton of different monsters around every corner and everyone knows them by name. Like monsters are literally so common you have witchers who hunt them and everyone knows what that is too.
retard here what is the difference between high and low fantasy?
The way I've learned it - high fantasy is when the mythical aspects are ingrained in the "known" lore - there's elves and gnomes prancing about, everyone knows about the dragon guarding the magic tower which banished the princess with their spell of darkness in the name of god so-and-so... And low fantasy is when it's all about castles and sieges and general run of the mill middle age stuff that could have been ripped straight out of a history book - and MAYBE a magic sword that bewilders the entire land because nobody can make sense of it
Past/medieval fantasy is so fucking boring.
This, sci-fi is the best
