What are some enemies that exists solely to ruin your fun?

For one of the weakest enemies in the game near the end of a run? It definitely feels annoying, especially if you're going for something on a timer.

And yes I understand when you have a one-hit-room-clear build, having a host in there is annoying, but that's the problem with Rebirth and whats after it: it's too easy to become overpowered. Flash wasn't like that, in Flash you were fearing for your life all the time unless you're autistic like cobalt

Hence why I play hard mods like revelations and intentionally avoid picking up items that are too powerful
Steamrolling isn't fun
Crushing endgame bosses in1 frame isn't fun
