no

I'd kill myself if that were the case.
OCD is a mental illness, not something you should be making a living off of.

How about doing video game animations? I want to be the next big newgrounder.

Don't know if the OP pic is bait, but his issue is youtube algorithm screwing with his views. He still loves doing his full autism completion grinds.

I watched one of his videos once and it wasn't even focused on the 100% run itself, just describing a normal ass playthrough. No strats or anything, just basically shilling the vanilla experience.

Then wtf am I doing this for??

This guy has made like eighteen "being a gametuber is HARD and they don't give me MUH ADS" videos. It became clear that he didn't like completing games when everyone realized he wasn't doing anything hard like MGS3 or DMC5. He got so addicted to easy shill money from Papa Reggie that now he can't cope with actually having to make his content anymore lmao

Yes.
Become a QA tester and you'll be doing that for a single game for months and months.

Just completed Captain Toad 100%. On one hand, completing the game 100% was a real fucking grind because of two really hard levels. On the other hand, if I didn't do those two really hard levels, then I wouldn't have overcome the main challenge of the game.

This is what I hate... 100% completion is always a grind, not completing it 100% means not really getting the full game.

post your work

I haven't done any animation :(

At least it's done now.

Yeah but not when you employ OVER 20 PEOPLE.

He would be so much cuter if he didn't cause so much agony.

Jirard has some pretty comfy content but he really needs to stop with all the bullshit about the algorithm fucking him up when he makes more money than most of his audience by playing vidya

>Jirard bitches for multiple sentences about something that really isn't that hard
>glosses over the actual hardest parts of the game
On the one hand it's entirely plausible that an above average gamer with sufficient motivation could 100% every game he's covered, but shit like this in specific cases just makes me seriously doubt it.

I don't care. Being a gaming Youtuber is quite literally the most cushiest job in the world. You literally don't have to put ANY effort aside from recording your stupid fucking face and playing stupid fucking video games.

If you're not happy then quit. I am so utterly unsympathetic to these people.

Then your first step should be taking a time machine back to 2005.

Should I just post to youtube? I just saw a really really shitty Resident Evil 3 animation and thought I could do something like that too.

fuck off go get a real job

He streams most of the game he does on twitch if you want to see the actual process.

>Lifelong
Yes and no, depends if you can make enough money to live off before you get too old/bored to keep it up

You could make it the basis of your youtube channel, where you just document 100 percenting every game, and the hardest trophies in it, how long it took etc. Edit it well and make it about 10 minutes long

just dump it on youtube, yeah

or twitter

funny enough newgrounds actually getting a decent second-wind like 15 years after its prime since Twitter is increasingly shitty for artists

Are funny faces with no jokes still the pinnacle of humor? I think I can do that.

what the fuck

Why the fuck does he even need so many employees other than occasionally needing people to help him with dead multiplayer achievements?

>not really getting the full game
Did you get anything for 100% completion
Would you really miss out on any exciting gameplay if you didn't go for 100%

Bro, this retard spent literally 800+ hours 100%ing Hyrule Warriors multiple times.

What the fuck is that jackass complaining about now?

Complaining about money as always

>Would you really miss out on any exciting gameplay if you didn't go for 100%

Well I would miss out on the satisfaction of beating the hardest 2 levels. Only problem is they both take hours because they're so tough.

Neither was as bad as the last level in Mario 3D World though.

Why doesn't he just stream daily Super Beard Bros streams? That way he doesn't even need to worry about Youtube's algorithm.

Do people even watch him for completing games anymore?

in this day and age you can pretty much make a career out of anything, so i guess you can also make a career out of wasting your time on 100% completing games, all you need is a lot of luck

>Neither was as bad as the last level in Mario 3D World though.
Did you impose on yourself to do it without the tanooki suit? Cause at least you can make it a lot easier than the Captain Toad levels with that, while you can't really cheese those.

I stopped when he said Pokemon Let's Go was better than Fire Red/Leaf Green, and compares it to a 5-star feast.
He's just desperate to get invites to events and free stuff from Nintendo.

Anyone still watch beard bros? The wild arms and mega man x2 playthroughs were great but the channels seems to have lost its soul. Same with the completionist really after greg left

>Did you impose on yourself to do it without the tanooki suit?

Of course. That's there for zoomers who are too retarded to play the game normally.

The Mario games I grew up playing never held my hand.

Oh wait, did you mean the regular Tanooki suit or the white Tanooki suit?

Thought you meant the white Tanooki suit, which I never used out of principle. But the regular Tanooki suit, I didn't use that either because it actually doesn't offer much of an advantage.

He doesn’t even talk about all the game’s content anymore to “avoid spoilers” he just kind of rambles for half an hour and says if he likes it or not and that’s it

Someone get him to do Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, I want to see him bitch about the developer time trials.

Regular. But it does offer a significant advantage in all those parts that require more precise platforming. If you go in with Peach you can couple it with her inherent floating ability and skip large parts.

I still watch them.
I don't think it's a soul problem, I think the issue is pretty much all lf their ongoing playthroughs aren't really that interesting.
Brett becoming a member was good but they need to pick some better games to play.

The beard bowl shit is ass too and I'm pretty sure no one likes it. I wanted them to beat X4

imagine being a fat fuck who has never worked a day in his life and does nothing but play video games and get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for it then making videos saying you're not happy

Attached: bugs.png (864x1059, 143.82K)

What's the point of making a channel about completing games only to not talk about it to avoid spoilers?

That makes sense, his old setup with the "final level" segment was really stupid and spoiled all about the ending even when the rest of the video hadn't gone through the vast majority of the rest of the game. And publishers would be on his ass whenever he'd spoil a game that just came out nowadays.
