On one hand, Persona 5 has the worst story of any Atlus game ever made aside from maybe P4

On the other, XC2 has gameplay that is somehow worse than Xenogears on the PS1

Persona 5 is complete crap with no redeeming qualities that I didn't enjoy a single second of so I'll vote for the other one even though I never played it, I doubt any game can be as unfun as P5 even if they try hard to.

I just hate how boring Mementos is. That, and the fact that the Dungeons can be easily beaten in a day for the most part. To top it off, the puzzles are really simplistic, and your party notifies you about every little hint as if you're brain dead. If you're not doing dungeons, most of the gameplay boils down to running through randomly generated Mementos hallways, and selecting the right social link options to maximize points. It's really boring.

The funny thing is that people say P3/P4 when all dungeons were basically mementos.

P4 dungeons weren't random, they were basically exactly like P5. P3's Tartarus is generally considered to be the worst aspect of the entire game, but Tartarus has an advantage over Mementos because it was at least quick to get through. You could just split up on every floor and you'd be through it in no time.

Mementos is so aggravating because it's like they hadn't learned anything from Tartarus, but it's even worse because it's all hallways and every time dialog comes up, you open a door or something and
