If Luke Atmey was somewhere else during the robbery then how did he get hit with the Shichishito in the warehouse at the same time?
>hilarious ass animations
you mean the one where he's masturbating in court?
I found his case pretty mediocre desu. Nothing special and not a very memorable villain
but THIS boi is an awesome culprit
I would say Matt Engarde is the one who stuck to me most, just because it's the only case that plays in that way.
Even tought I would give the best breakdowns to the 3ds games. I just love to see the criminal fall to despair in the most hilarious way
I didn’t have a lot of people to talk about the game with out loud so I didn’t always get the puns at first. I was telling my mom about the games and was like “and there’s this detective who’s really full of himself named luke atmey....... wait”
It's more amusing when you realize this clown faggot is responsible for literally almost everything bad in Ace Attorney franchise, including Von Karma murdering Edgeworth's dad.
Probably Godot. It's pretty telling how he seems to be one of the only characters that the series is absolutely terrified to even reference. And the meme coffee song, of course.
I'll always love Engarde for revealing that Phoenix is kind of a pussy. It'd be cool to play an Ace Attorney with a more disciplined lawyer who defends guilty people's rights under law.
Good choice user. Was cool having a villain not be a witness but rather the actual defendant for once
I doubt we'll ever get to that. The trick and good thing about Ace attorney is 'how this lawyer protect innocent people with spectacular cases'. We got some moral gray ares here and there during the series (most notable the sister of the fifth case on the first AA)
On a side note, it was great to have the Egdeworth spinoff, where you are on the offensive
>it's the only case that plays in that way
the culprit being the defendant? cause oh man are you missing out by not playing AAI2
Detective Rip Lacer is to blame for everything bad. It's not Simon's fault that he got kidnapped
You talking about Ace Attorney Investigations 2? Cause I played it a few years ago, but my memory are kinda fuzzy.
but I can't user, every NDS emulator I find slows down the music
desmume worked fine most of the time on my slightly worse than average pc
thank you user I'll try
The villain of Case 2 from SoJ
For the same exact reasons as OP, it honestly feels on the same spectrum
Hard Mode: Don't use the final villain of the game
>I just love to see the criminal fall to despair in the most hilarious way
The Magical Turnabout villain is pretty much almost exactly this but without Matt's gimmick, the fucker's breakdown is extreme delusion leading up to mental suicide
Alba's great, but the double twist with yew beats him for me
>tfw the pretend final boss is better than the actual final boss
>paul's name falls off of the fine italian plastic
Based
Robert Downy Jr. was pretty good
People meme on Alba but he genuinely is my favorite villain
Honestly the confrontation with him wasn't even as long as people say it was.
I have to admit, his "evolving" animation was fucking sick.
I don't get why this is a negative
He's one of the extremely few villains who don't die after 1-2 objecttions and stands his fucking ground making it feel like a final boss
Furio Tigre by a long shot
Reciple for Turnabout is a case where your simply unrolling the retarded bullshit this mother fucker pulled and somehow succeeded in
Yeah, you're probably right. I definitely don't agree that it's a good thing though. 1-5 and 3-5 were my favorite cases largely because of the moral quandaries. I always felt like Capcom pussied out of the "how do I defend a guilty man?" quandary by making Phoenix not even consider it.
Plus he has one of the best songs in the series
