Why did they give those two such harsh requirements? How the hell am I supposed to get 30 charm by chapter 12? How much will the requirements be lowered if I get they're C supports? Getting they're B supports is out of question since I'm on chapter 10.

Like normal unless you beat the entire Cindered Shadows campaign, in which case there's no requirements and you can just get them right away

At C Hilda needs 24 charm, 12 at B.

Literally just raise their support to b and they beg to join your class.

Just dangle 16" in front of Hilda and it counts as 30 charm.
