I'm not an expert on const. law or contracts but it's not like you're being forced to play the game. If you don't like the rules then follow them or don't play the game. I wouldn't say its infringing on your rights, since playing the game is optional, the rules are clear and fair, and not playing doesn't deprive you of any meaningful or measurable gain in reality.

I imagine such a contract would be superseded by a countries owns laws against bodily harm and assault. Also if and when someone finds such a clause, the company in question would most likely face backlash. Abusive contracts are a thing, however, and it's especially noticeable with companies who have a large control/pseudo-monopoly on certain products, ie. Microsoft
