>RELEASE IN 3 DAYS
user...

it's gonna tank, there's no hype leading to release.

>he doesn't know
OH NO NO NO NO NO NO

finally.... i get... to see it.. at night

FUCK THE SUN

That it simply can't match the expectations of people, because CDPR is so much focused on hyping up the game, that it's going to blow up in their faces.

It's probably gonna be an alright game, an above-average in this day and age, but I don't think it's going to hook me in like I originally expected it would once I saw the original teaser all those years ago.

In a game, in a setting, that's supposed to be all about saving yourself, the shit we've seen so far seem to emphasize going up against megacorps and what nots and that doesn't seem really survivable or plausible to me in the world of Cyberpunk 2020.

Hear my call, I'm chippin' in
Total war, I'm chippin' in
Casings fall, I'm chippin' in

Will there be traps in this game?

Nope, there's only two models for npcs in the game

imagine thinking this will ship in September...yikes . virus or not, game is gonna get delayed again and ya'll know it. just because they claim the game is done---it doesn't mean its ready

>8 years

Is it gonna surpass the Witcher 3? What are your bets?

They already said it's smaller in almost every conceivable way.

Why the fuck didn't they keep the first version of the song in the game? It sounded so much better.

>Yandev sweating in the distance

smaller != worse

i have no expecations anymore, every single news and i mean EVERY SINGLE NEWS coming out of this game since 2018 made the game sound worse and there is still a couple months to go so let's see what else they retroactively ruin after making female V ugly and changing the lizzies to some woke "lgbtqia sex worker" gang

Trannies and americans took over development and started to undo all the design choices scum CIS men made.

every
conceivable
way

Alarm bells should've been ringing after the first delay. I don't think I've ever seen a game warp so much after a gameplay trailer has been shown.
It went from a first-person RPG to an action game with RPG elements.

smaller in every conceivable way != worse

Then they tried to pull the "it's an immersive sim" meme. No shit you fucking retards, all games are immersive sims.

Really? I haven't had any expectations for the game since the initial delay but now I can't help but think its gonna be a trashfire.
How do you go from making the Witcher to this?

>Then they tried to pull the "it's an immersive sim
when did this happen?

Not him but it's like they are trying to play it safe and slowly just kill the hype to avoid the NMS route, even then every update just feeds into the TORtanic posters' ideas, at this point they should focus on what the game does more than what it doesn't

American developers + most of the senior staff left CDPR. Seriously, most of CDPR's staff is under 30 years old according to their latest earnings report.

they've literally said the opposite for fucking years autist

>Sasko says. “We’ve been discussing this in the company a lot, and I don’t think that Cyberpunk is an immersive sim to the fullest potential. Because we’re not really trying to make an immersive sim. However, there’s lots of elements from them that you will find there.”

>“We’re not bending the rules depending on the quest, like, ‘Here I can use this, but here I can’t,’” Sasko says. “It’s cohesive everywhere. In that way it’s definitely a level of immersive sim.”

Why are devs so lazy? Work on your fucking game don't delay it for months. Says alot about these CD Projekt Red faggots

Correct, and they started changing their tune about 2 years ago

Everyone keeps saying this but the new punk/metal version is way cooler I think

The game was delayed to 17th September 2020. Didn't you hear the news?

Hope so, I wanna bash their skulls in.

It's basically just Destiny without the multilayer in a weird Sci-fi setting. If you were expecting anything else you are gonna be hugely disappointed.

>example of CDPR approach to freedom of gameplay: in one quest where the player's objective was preventing the assassination attempt, the tester managed to finish this quest prematurely by throwing grenade through the window at the right angle, thus killing the assassin. Even though it prevents the player from completing the secondary objective (getting info from the assassin), they still left that option in the game

It'll be kino.

Lies, it's just a glorified FPS.

So... CDPR didn't actually pull anything, you have the lead quest designer saying he doesn't think of CP77 as immersive sim, nor they're trying to make one
he was merely answering the interviewer question regarding whether they switched genres from RPG to Immersive sim, which you conveniently didn't include in your post

They turned the RPG into a GTA clone action game so its going to be shit , I am more upset about Dying Light 2 being canned tbqfh

Is that in one of the gameplay showcases or you just made that up?

>We're discussing this in the company a lot
If your company is discussing that they don't know what kind of game they're making that's usually a red flag

why are your lies better than his though

what? source?
