Jesus Christ, you're retarded. When in Portal 2 they changed how the elevators look it's a retcon. They always looked like that, and never looked like in Portal 1 now. If theoretically, after the ending of Portal 1, micro-bots were activated and re-built the elevators to look different, it wouldn't be a retcon.
