because base PA is fucking shit. You need to get them to max level which requires a lot of hard to find junk and then you have to put all the good mods in them (jetpack, carry weight, etc).

They went with the ESO model and just hooked whales who would pay a premium to eat whatever turd they put on their plate.

The game was made by a different division within Bethesda and they were pressured to make a game bigger and more detailed than FO4, it was bound to be shit and honestly i don't blame the developers

I got it for 15 bucks before the battle royale dropped and it still felt like a waste of money. I'm not even sure when I can respec because I don't trust the SPECIAL system in this outside of crafting and figuring out what weapon type I want to main.

The game gives you 1 attribute point per level, up to level 50, with a maximum of 15 points per stat. After that, every level you can choose to switch your points around. However, if you hit 15 in a stat before 50, you cannot put any more points into it before 50, meaning you can't take any of the perks either, meaning you're stuck with those you have for potentially tens of hours, which is bullshit because new perks appear well into the 40s
