Lockdown day 13 Edition. What are you playing? Gilgamesh is destroying me in FFXII but he's very fun and the music is incredible

FFX, doing the celestial weapons. not sure how the fuck I'm gonna deal with these dark aeons though

7th attempt at this madlad here... It's all fun and games until he does Eclipse and grows a conch on his back.

Taking a break from the Nocturne grind and moving back to my old Persona 3 NG+ run. Levelling up's not a big deal - since, y'know, Lv99 everything and all - but dear lord, I've got some catching up to do with the Social Links. Primarily Maiko and Akinari at the moment, but I've still got Aigis' Link much later on.
It's good to see ya rising from the dead, user. Though I'm surprised you're still chipping away at FFXII, kek.

Just yojimbo everything bro

Don't forget to steal that sweet Genji Set before you defeat him OP.

>Nocturne grind
are you at the TDE boss?

Lucy? Haha, nah. As it stands, I'm trying to go for Neutral as a first-playthrough kind of thing. Even if I wasn't, I still haven't encountered all the Fiends (although Mother Harlot's patiently waiting for me next to Yoyogi Park, so there's that).
I'm at the Amala Temple, but right now I'm trying to get Oberon to level up for that sweet, sweet Makarakarn for something later on. Having to rely on Attack and Magic Mirrors is very shaky.

t. Yojimbo
I'm broke after hiring his Zanmato once

Well I finally managed to play VIII, actually enjoyed it, the story was kinda basic and I didn't really like the junction system but it had great music and I loved the locations. Felt like the FF of old I remember.

I keep getting crashes when i try to open it, it only show a white screen and not responding, but when i use the flip trick, i can play the game but i got stuck at window mode.

need some help

Remember to steal from each 25% health to get genji gear. You'll know as each 25% has a cutscene before it.

You could always try that one basic-ass program that flips your vidya over from windowed to borderless. Unsure how that much'll help, but if it runs fine in windowed, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

If you're already gonna post some art, dig up some of that smooth, airy *official* JRPG artwork. You know the kind. Shit's great.

Do I turn Vaan into a ninja or a knight?

Just finished King's Field yesterday, will give the second one a chance tomorrow.

I'm also playing FFX with the goal of getting a full refreshing before I jump into my first ever play through of X-2.

I had forgotten how insanely linear X is for the first 15 or so hours. Like people say FF13 is a hallway simulator but the first third of FFX is clearly the origin point for that kind of design. Sure some maps are slightly more open but it's all just keep following the red arrow to the next screen.

Plowing through the mandatory sidequests in XBC2:Torna to finish it by today, and then will probably play Persona 5

He's great in both. Depends what your second job is going to be. I made one a Knight and Foebreaker

Vaan has the best stats, he's the min-maxiest regardless of which jobs you pick.

Playing a mix of Devil Survivor Overclocked and Radiant Historia at the moment. Shit’s fun.

Is Knights in the Nightmare worth checking out?

If you happen to be one of those people that needs to 100% a game it will drive you utterly insane but yes its pretty interesting

Yes

Are the Grandia games decent? do they have random battles?

Persona 5 Royal has been eating up all of my time. I love Persona 5 so much and Royal makes it even better.

No wonder you have such low standards if you like K-on

never really got into Romancing Saga, but it interests me because I dig the artstyle. Are any of them worth grabbing on Switch?

About to start this myself, then maybe grab DQXIS afterwards.
