How many of you have beaten the hardest boss in the game?
Nioh 2
lady osakabe? yes, i have.
I said hardest, not shittiest user
He keeps calling me William because he said he likes him more. Danjo is mean.
Actually, I would want to know as well.
That's because Hiddy is a weak bitch ass lmao he can't even beat last game's protag because he's so weak lol
it's the hardest because it's the shittiest
Based
I would like to know about it too, but a 2% sounds kinda shitty
These fucking watermarks are the most insulting thing I've ever seen.
I can't even grab a good screenshot from a cinematic video, unless I hook up a capture card and OBS, even though PS4 already has that feature built in.
It's the same for a lot of games, we already know it's fucking nioh and not dirt rally
What can we hope for in dlc?
Will ryona user ever try an expedition party to get everyone grabbed including himself?
Could be worse, it could include promotions for other games.
One new weapon at the very least seeing how there is an empty slot in the weapon tree
And maybe some new skills
That kunoichi is cute
How were tonfas in Nioh 1? In Nioh 2 they're fucking wrecking everything.
I hope someone will make a nude mod for PC version.
That's pants on head retarded too.
Kunoichi is best Samurai Warrior.
Then the more reason to party with ryona user
Based kunoichi main
I'm not used to that Honda's look after nioh
Sorry dude, I like to show off the grabs but I don't like doing it to other characters or getting grabbed on purpose when I'm playing legit
Honestly I'm more interested in finding "rare grabs", like that Yamanba one where she back crawls
Almost exactly the same but with more damage on Tonfa Gun, which was essentially only found on Sarutobi's Gunsticks, it was far too rare otherwise. This led a lot of brainlets to act like it was garbage tier because for once they had to make a slight effort around using the game's Ki systems to be able to do their biggest damage, disregarding how heavy it's Ki damage still was. A similar thing is happening with Hatchets that is plenty strong while having only a few lackluster skills that garner attention (like 2kat), which will probably end up being the new Switchglaive when the DLC hits; overbuffed in a few specific areas due to people not learning how to properly use it, which ultimately doesn't change much of it's strength overall but will lead people to act like it's OP and stupid.
Hatchets are different. They’re definitely usable, but they’re not Odachi, Spear, Axe or 2kat tier. They require a very different play style which gives you a slight reactionary gap with your enemy, the trade off being their legitimately mediocre damage. If you temper 170(+10) hatchets they’ll shit on anything just like any other weapon, but they are defiantly less efficient and wildly different from other weapons.
William was broken in that.
My problem with hatchets is less their power and more their lack of anything... interesting?
Like all the throwing of axes and multi hit single swings are cool in concept but the execution here is just so bland.
The only thrown skill thats fun is Advancing Storm. The rest are just unreliable and serve little to no actual use because they're too slow, have bad tracking.
Like when I saw the skills I was like "awesome you can use round trip to lock the enemies in place then chain hurl them to death"
But thats the most useless shit, round trip barely even works and chain hurl requires you to be almost point blank range for it to not hit the floor.
What the fuck, he's in Nioh 2 as well?
>get your own tub
Why is he such an asshole
>use tonfa trying to get a new yasakani magatama after deleting it
>get a new one, get ready to do set builds
>decide to main tonfa
>tonfa has no sets
Dont need to have the game to tell you what set to use.
I made an elemental set with Omnyo armor and Confusion buffs.
It doesnt have to say "Attack/Defence + For Tonfa" for it to be a Tonfa set.
Different doesn't mean bad. There are several different facets to "efficiency", what might be efficient in time might not be efficient in Ki, or in safety, or in movement. Hatchets approach these concepts in a different way to other weapons, which doesn't make them bad by any stretch of the imagination.
That's a lot more subjective, I heavily enjoy the way all it's skills come together and setting up it's heavier skills when an enemy tries to get away. Eagle's Shadow, Deadly Spiral, Dragonfly and even Piercing Hurl are fun to use for me.
>DSP is streaming Nioh 2 today
>he's just before Nagamasa Azai boss
>can't remember if there's any revenant summoners in any of the side missions after that
>I want to put my red grave near one so they get summoned and kill him
Can it be done?
What makes you think he'll summon you?
That’s not objectively true. Ki management and reactionary gap doesn’t mean shit when you make something explode with an Odachi, Axe or 2kat in less than a second and are then out of combat. The only reasonable point you make is that you find them fun, which is subjective. Outside of your own personal enjoyment Hatchets do not perform as well as other weapons.
revenant summoners are an enemy in the game who summons them "for" the host. It's like invasions in that sense
I love how ice odachi guy skill fucking bullies shisenin in his dojo mission
Whirlwind build while strong is boring. It's way more fun to cherry blossom into sotc.
This is why you play games on PC.
It doesn't matter because he'll cheese it with sloth, lightning debuff, heavy armor and switchglaive anyway
imagine it being nerfed in PVP!
>Whirlwind
Windstorm*
