I can't play this game without guide markers. Does that make me a bad player?

Are you a bad player?
Perhaps, but surely you should experience the game by listening and figuring it out without the guide markers since it will make the success so much tastier.
Also, watch this

Turn them off and stop getting lost, I managed when I was like 7
You have a fucking map, use it.
You have the fucking x-ray vision shit, just activate it and look for the fucking targets.
Outside of something like the Another Life mission, it's all fucking plain as day.
Wht level are you getting fucking stuck on.
Though I will cheerfully admit that the Isle of whatever in Hitman 2 is bollocks
It might just be how I play, but I've always seen Hitman games as the sort of game where you should redo the level multiple times to fully memorize all of the target routes and the full layout of the map before going in for the perfect assassination. If you skip the prep work by just using guide markers you're missing out on the satisfaction of all your prep work culminating in the perfect hit.
But pressing M constantly to see where you have to go is annoying.
Did you have fun, user? That’s all that counts; not our opinions.
Study the map, look at your surrounding, learn to navigate.
You're not a boy scout anymore, act your age.
That is the entire point of the series. All stealth games are just puzzles with solutions.
Yes sure, we can try to break out of the basic gameplay tasks by instead of killing the target by poisoning, we can just try to kill everyone the level without getting spotted but ultimately the map is just there to be redone over and over until perfection is achieved
Rather than treating the map like GPS to constantly check, you should try to memorize it. I'm guessing you don't have the memory of a goldfish, so you're clearly just not even trying to memorize the map layout. You have the wrong mindset which is making it difficult for you.
>Locate florida man
Will florida man finally answer for all the crimes and atrocities he has commited?
It's a fucking puzzle game masquerading as a third person action/adventure. So no, you're just a brainlet.
Those are kinda funny
It's from the video I linked here
Every speedrunner and other "pro" player just shots some random part of the environment to force the target to stand on specific spot and then shots the chandelier, finishing the map in 2 minutes. And I just finished my 4th SASO on Master using very down to earth strategies.
>down to earth strategies
such as?
How many levels in base Hitman 2, not including the DLC? It's £15 and I might buy it.
why did they stop animating the story cutscenes in Hitman 2? was it lower budget than the first game?
Develop a sense of direction
For example I did SASO on Sapienza by doing the poisoned spaghetti event with Caruso and using electrocution phone on Da Silva when she exits her office.
In Marrakesh I killed the embassy guy in his room and then dropped the toilet on Reza Zeydan.
It actually feels like ghosting the level, especially on Master because subduing anyone is a big risk unless you lure them to specific locations. I find it much more fun than shooting a very specific pixel at very specific time. I use similar strategies for Sniper Assassin because I want all dead bodies hidden.
no-one watched them anyway
Hitman 2016 was okay but the maps if hitman 2 was just way too fucking big.
If hitm3n happens I hope we will get 5-10 smaller maps like bank, the cuba and boat training areas and the beach map.
I did.
Post map ideas.
>presidential plane
>toy store
>apartment complex
>water park, with blood flowing mechanic
>deep forest
Wow fuck off dude. Does it really matter if someone plays a different way? Video games are for fun not for autistic repetitive tasks until perfection. Are you a tranny faggot speed runner?
Then why ask for a opinion?
No. If you're having fun then who gives a shit. The map markers are there to help players who get lost. Hitman maps can be pretty big and you probably won't memorize every map even if you're SASOing them. It's fine to be a casual player as long as you're enjoying the game.
