Two questions. First is why do I never see anyone talk about the assassin hood? It lasts an extremely long time(assuming you don’t put it on before combat) and massively boosts your move speed. Second what’s the best way to level the guiding lands? I’m trying to level the ice area now since apparently the “cap” got increased to four zones but all my 7 areas dropped and now I’m juggling 3 areas while tundra drops further and further as I try to salvage my old zones.

I think that its because its an event mantle, i didn't even know it existed until recently and i played World from day 1

Go for as many part breaks as you can, i think capping also makes stuff faster, also the cap for lvl 7s is still 3, with you being able to level a fourth area to level 4.

furious rajang pants are good if you have no good x/vitality decos but raging brachy legs are probably just better. the helmet is nice if you have an earplugs 4slot deco and want to get full earplugs and free up your charm slot.
dunno about the weapons, most of the melee weapons seem pretty good statwise but lose to raging brachy's and safi because no deco slots.

Three Piece Safi + 2 Piece Furious Rajang is bretty good for HBG if you finish building up Max Might. Furious George's HBG is on par with Magda Gemitus, although I think it has less CC ammo.

PSA the Assassin Mantle+ is really good. The speed boost is really nice and the Deco Slots are decent.
You wanna use it as a buff so try not to activate the effect (stealth attack) or the mantle goes off, and that's it, the mantle lasts +5 minutes and has small cd, specially good on safi siege since you can slot 2 destroyer decos
