Air: Flight, attacking with gusts of air, depriving enemies of air if you're into the dark side
Water: Ice, attacking with splashes of water, healing with water, blood bending if you're into the dark side
Earth: STR builds, walls of earth to defend, earth armor to Tank, metal bending, throwing huge chunks of rock, blending the iron in the enemy's blood if you're into that.
Fire: Fire, pseudo-flight with fire from feet, warmth in cold zones, lighting, burning people alive if you're into that, looks cool as hell.
