Resident Evil 4 Remake has a bigger team than Resident Evil 2 remake

Devil May Cry 5 team is collaborating on it as well

It has been in development in early 2018.

RE3R felt like a rush job. It felt like it needed an extra year.

So this guy knew RE4 existed all this time but only ever leaked RE8 info? I don't buy anything he says

Duskgolem is actually reliable

Re3 was always meant to be a spin-off but Capcom decided it to create it as a mainline title.

Resident Evil 8 is launching next year so he has more info about it

let me guess, back to the "roots"?

My personal opinion is that 3 beat the shit out of Code Veronica though. I liked Code Veronica just fine because it was more RE, but Nemesis just felt like a more fun game, IMO. It always was interesting to me that the game that was supposed to be just a little side story was actually better than what was meant to be the next "major" sequel.

They're skipping Code Veronica? Call me disappointed.

>source: my ass

I'd be really surprised if they out and out skipped it. I didn't care for CV as much as the other games, but you know these remakes print money. I just think there's more money to be found in a 4 remake personally.

That said? CV remake would sell like hotcakes.

Will it come out before the RE4 HD Remake?

It won't ever be made, this is the most retarded hype mongering I have ever seen without a single reputable source.

All that people and it's still going to lack over 30% of the content.
What is wrong with Capcom?

dude, trust me

>Resident Evil 8 is launching next year
Can they stop the yearly releases? Every game they drop is going to feel undercooked because of this.

Why the fuck would you remake a game that still looks incredible, plays well, and has been remastered thoroughly.
At least SOTC had frame rate issues which justified a remake (even if I don't like it)

So, what was the post credit scene in RE3 about?

Code Veronica is the last classic game that really needs updating. The original controls like ass even in comparison to the very first game, plus the atmosphere is really lacking. After that I wouldn't mind having a brand new entry set in that Red Queen laboratory that was featured in Dark Side Chronicles, it would be a great way to finish the classic era.

>resident evil is now a yearly series like 2K and COD

money

Isn't it great?
I hope we keep getting remakes just as good as the RE3 remake.

a hint to the that part in umbrella chronicles but probably not

assuming it's getting done and there is nothing you can do to stop it, what new things would you want in the game?i wouldn't mind the punch mechanic considering 4 is more action oriented.

knowing capcom's retardedness with modern gaming standards, they're probably going to do dodge rolls now.

Yeah they might copy/paste the dodge from Jill but since Leon already has the kick in 4 they could just change the punch to a kick.

Oh man wait till you find out how many games are in this franchise.

VGChronicle say RE4 is being remade. They were the first to reveal that Nintendo is remaking a bunch of Mario games, and everyone backs them up on that claim.

>there are people complaining that now the series is becoming yearly
>they werent alive for RE2 to RE4

All of its relevant plot should be incorporated into RE4 remake.

Tie the fall of Umbrella and Wesker to the plagas as a setup for RE5.

RE4 doesn't need a remake though.

gee I sure am happy that yearly resident evil remakes are keeping me from getting Dragon's Dogma 2
